Preparing for State Competition

Our chapter is in preparation for the State Leadership Conference and the competitive events that we will be doing. Prior to state, we will take online tests. At state, we will compete in a performance event. Next week we will have to decide which tests we would like to take. I haven't decided yet, and I'm not sure that anyone has. Something that I am certain of is what performance event I will be doing. I'll be in a team performance event with Maggie and Kaiya. It's called Emerging Business Issues, and basically we will be presenting the pros and cons of jailbreaking and unlocking your phone to a judge. We did very well at regionals, and received first place! We have high hopes that we will do just as well at state. Our game plan is to keep the basic delivery the same, but add more details such as real-life examples. I was even thinking about jailbreaking my phone so that I would have some experience. I haven't decided yet ;)
