The Extra Mile

Always doing your best in any task or assignment will pay off. People will notice. Your empoyer will notice. You will become an indespensiple part of the company. Quality work is something that is of great value. Take pride in everything that you do. In high school this can be related to classes and grades. If you are willing to do more than you are required to do, then you will be recognized for it. Teachers notice those things, and are more than happy to reward you with the deserved grade. Too many students are okay with doing the minimum amount of work that they possibly can to "get by". This approach to life will not make you happy. Be all in. Go all out. Don't be afraid to fail. Sometimes your best effort won't be able to get you an A grade or a promotion, but if you continue to give every project everything that you have, I can gaurantee that in time you will reap what you have sown. Working your way to the top isn't easy. It's not something that will happen overnight. That's why you can't give up. Be consistent in your level of excellence, and it will be noticed. This will also improve your confidence and character.
