As the 2015 year is coming to a close people are beginning to think about their New Year Resolutions! The classics include "lose weight", "spend more time with family", "practice my piano more", and so on. Often our New Years Resolutions last only a short while before we completely abandon them as we get lost in the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. This doesn't have to be the way that it goes though. As we set realistic goals, they can be within our reach. A goal of mine is to complete my Business Achievement Award, America Level by the month of April. This is a realistic goal. Now I need to create a step by step plan that will allow me to take on the smaller goals within that large goal. This will allow me to approach the project more easily, and very much raise the odds of completing it. Being able to make and reach goals in your life is a skill that everyone needs to have. Without this ability you probably won't be able to accomplish anything worthwhile in your life. If you want to succeed, then you must be able to set goals, work hard to acheive them, and then continue that process.
